For over 26 years, we have been exclusively cleaning rugs, and we do it just as we would for our own mother or grandmother: thoroughly, honestly, and with no shortcuts.
Full Immersion Washing Method
We specialize in full immersion water washing, a method used worldwide that genuinely removes dirt, mites, allergens, and odors from the entire structure of the rug, not just its surface. Every rug goes through a complete process of dusting, soaking, washing, rinsing, spin-drying, and drying, ensuring it returns to the customer clean, fresh, and ready to use.
Investments and Technology
For years, we have consistently invested in development and technology. Today, we can say with full responsibility that we have the most modern machinery park in Greater Poland, and likely in all of Poland. We use Turkish-made machines from leading global manufacturers, which directly translates into washing quality and consistent results.
Our technological line allows us to wash rugs and carpets up to 420 cm wide, giving us the ability to serve not only individual customers but also kindergartens, nurseries, schools, and all kinds of commercial facilities and institutions.
Our Team
People are behind the quality. Our team consists of experienced employees who have been with us for many years. They are people who know rugs, materials, and the entire washing process from A to Z, ensuring that every rug is treated individually and with due respect.
The cleaning facility was born out of the passion for rugs of the company's owner, Michał Miłowski, who is always present at the facility on a daily basis and personally supervises all processes. This is not a briefcase company, but a place where the owner actually works alongside the team and takes responsibility for the final result.
Over the years, to provide services at the highest level, he has visited over 500 rug cleaning facilities worldwide, including in South America, Australia, Asia, Africa, and almost all European countries, exchanging experiences and learning about various washing technologies. He has also developed his knowledge through training with the best specialists in the industry, such as Lisa Wagner and Tom Kennedy.
Own Transport and Convenience
We handle transportation ourselves using our specially adapted van. The rugs are picked up and delivered by our employee, not a random courier. This is someone who knows the entire washing process, can assess the rug's condition, conduct a preliminary inspection, and advise on the best washing method and appropriate service package.
